I ordered a rectangular showerhead for the bathroom and received a circular showerhead for the dinette, that is to say almost a toy . JOOM did not accustom me to this kind of "very unpleasant" joke I'm reporting this incident to customer service because it's a shame!!

I have already ordered this item for the second time, as the first shower head leaked after about a year and a jet of water escaped above the head - the same quality defect existed with the second order right from the start.

If you stand underneath, you will notice that the beam is very, very soft. If you look closely, it's very cheaply made. Once it falls out of your hands, it's gone. Too bad
