Note:If the battery not working or not charging ,please kindly try as below step first :
1.Install the bose battery.
2.After install the battery,Connect the charger and press the mute button for more than 15 seconds, (It is the reset procedure for Bose Speaker)
3.and then there will have white light bright ,after the white light bright you could star to charging.
If it still does not work, maybe your BOSE speaker needs a firmware update to recognize the new battery.
It's very important that when upgrading the firmware
Connect the USB cable to the headset and insert it into the computer, and then press the 5 buttons ADV↑↓ on the keyboard, and the version selection item will appear
Important: New Lithium Ion batteries must be FULLY CHARGED and FULLY DISCHARGED 2 to 3 times, before being FULLY CONDITIONED. Please remember that a new Lithium-Ion battery's full performance and longevity is only achieved after 2 to 3 complete charge and discharge cycles.
