Product usage: For foot baths and baths, dissolve 5 to 6 tablespoons or for full body baths, dissolve 10 to 12 tablespoons in warm water (38 to 41°C). Bath water should not be too hot, which prevents magnesium from being absorbed into the skin. Recommended bath time is 20 to 30 minutes. Use 2-3 times a week, more often if necessary.
