These are silicone inserts It is not what I expected. Very small - I think I received the inserts for a child The adult has a slightly larger cutout under the foot. I paid as much as PLN 18 and I am not delighted with what I received. The islet is 7 cm long Only 2 cm wide The height of the silicone island is 0.4 mm for a child, yes, but it is not impressive for an adult. I can assure you it's for a child! .

It was paradise son, who has flat feet and he says they are comfortable... one of the adhesive sides to attach to the insole of the shoe.
