Hello, I ordered a number 36 you sent me 37 unfortunately I know mistakes can happen but still I waited it's been more than two weeks and in the end I received the larger sizes. I would like you to give me a refund or I will return the products to you, thank you in advance

Lately, beach socks feel like they come in bad shape, or they stick to one side or my toes are just right, and I've always bought the same ones and they've worked well for me, but the ones I bought before and these last ones don't fit me well, they always hurt me somewhere. I don't think I'll buy them again.

I loved it. I just leave a recommendation to the producer: the base/sole should be rougher, with higher heels so as not to become so slippery on floors, especially on wet floors.

Beautiful shoe unfortunately ordered 1 size larger and is much too big normal size would have been enough, but great communication and problem solving with the seller, always happy 👍
