Im in THE same boat! Did not realise that its all in Russian, THE box, the insructions, The voice!! Sudjest the senders HIGHLiGHT this issue . It's a useless product unless you can speak Russian. I hate it . I thought it was ' Russian ' was a brand name! And only send to Moscow. I want to resend product asap
