ATTENTION, THE RECIPE OF THE OINTMENT HAS BEEN CHANGED!!😡 This used to be a very good pain ointment, which, however, had to be stirred thoroughly before use, as it contained insoluble components that were not distributed homogeneously but collected in the lower area of the jar. The ointment had always helped me a lot, better than others, so I ordered 3 more cans from autumn and stowed them away in the cupboard without looking. Today (February 5th, 2023) I saw when stirring that the dark components are completely missing, the ointment also smells completely different, only very faintly of camphor and not as pungent and earthy as before. The label with the ingredients is still exactly the same - and it is definitely not accidental sloppiness in the manufacture of a batch but deliberate deception of customers, because it affects the batches with the manufacturing dates 03.10.2022, 01.11.2022, 01.11.2022 and 02.12.2022 in my orders. 😡 In the photos, the old version is at the top and the new one is at the bottom. The old version was made in January 2022, the new one in November.

This time I got a completely different ointment than the one I ordered/pictured. If it also works well (I have to try it), that would be ok... But I would like to get what I ordered delivered, especially since the ointment shown in the product photo works really well. After trying it out twice, I have to say that the ointment that was delivered by mistake is a kind of tiger balm, something completely different, and doesn't work nearly as well against my lumbar pain. I will probably complain. Addendum: the support from Joom is great. They read my review here and, although I had not yet complained about the goods myself, refunded the value of the goods. 1A customer service!😍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hi, the product lacked a star, it is too much. Very efficient for severe pain, I use it for my knees, an almost immediate improvement, I highly recommend it, it's not just advertising. it actually works.
