The bag was ripped open by customs or by some nosy people and wasn't resealed. I think it's a shame that something like this has to happen. Even the joom bag with everything in it was torn open and not closed again. I understand that customs have to check some things, but at least sealing the bags again seems to be too much to ask... The product itself is perfectly fine and I like it a lot. But the shipping was lousy this time, that's why only 4 stars. Sorry JOOM

Delivery to the post office took a little over 7 weeks, the item itself is cheaply made - the blade was partially off and we had to try and push/glue it back in. It does remove the lint but also damages the cloth - I had some threads pulled out by the metallic part while trying it out. I guess if you proceed with caution in small swipes it can be used, but then single use razor blade can also do the trick and it's even cheaper and readily available. Don't think I will be using this item unfortunately.

Totally dangerous. I tore a number of seams on a chair. Maybe it's the handling or the part. In any case, the sharp edges tear everything open. Would like to see how the wool sweater pictured looks like after use. I had imagined it completely differently. Probably only suitable for totally smooth fabrics. And then I can just vacuum the hair. At least nothing breaks.
