The bed has completely flattened after two days. Definitely not suitable for large dogs. The edge is nowhere near as sturdy as the pictures suggest. The cushions can also be omitted. It's also not washable in a regular washing machine at this size. The fabric of the border already looks like the bed is a year old. So, it's a different story. I'm not satisfied at all and would like to return it. Filing a complaint is extremely difficult because the bed has been used. But how else are you supposed to identify the defects?? In my opinion absolutely useless for larger dogs. Joom tried to help me with my difficult situation, and I got at least 30% of the price back. Thanks for that. 5 stars for customer service. The bed only gets one because it was delivered quickly.

The size chart does not come and I ordered a size XL, one more than what they have now, which is smaller, so I bought another one for comfort, but it is excessively large, as can be seen in the photos taken on a 135 cm bed.. In the previous comment an important aspect is missing: the packaging in which it was carried was broken and open because it was dented and broken, the bed came without any type of waterproof protection, wrapped in plastic or a sealed bag. I provide photos of the packaging.. Finally, the size of the pillows is much smaller than in the photo provided on the packaging, the ones it comes with are ridiculous for the size of the bed. They are decorative elements, not pillows, so these are left over and the pillows are missing.

READ THE SMALL PRINT. the pillows are big enough for a mouse but they are free. I didn't know this as I didn't read the T&C's I just looked at the picture. The bed itself is not good for big dogs and especially if you have a wooden floor. It is not like the picture the bed structure is flimsy again not like the picture. I could have bought the same bed for £20 at my local pet shop. It is what it is prob good for small dogs.
