The delivery was made on the 5th day after the order, which was very fast considering the delivery time stated. The delivery person actually carried the package up to the 3rd floor by himself and of course received a tip for this (5 euros). The packaging was perfect, especially as there was a box from the shipping company on top of the manufacturer's box. The scooter and the individual parts make a good, high-quality impression and assembly was very easy, although only the handlebars need to be mounted and of course the seat, if you want to use it. A small drawback here is the included assembly tool, because I would not work with this, for example to mount the handlebars, because it is very unwieldy. That's why I used my own tool, which has a ratchet function. While charging the battery, I devoted myself to the very comprehensive user manual, in which everything is explained in great detail, except for information on the required tire pressure, because this is not stated. Now I am already looking forward to the first "ride" with this device...

Be careful, this platform sells defective items. Within 4 weeks of receiving the e-scooter I complained about the defect that it simply switches off and submitted a return request. No response, no help, this platform is absolutely dubious!!!! I cannot recommend it!!!!!
