I ordered a size 41 which should correspond to 25.1cm to 25.6cm it does not correspond at all the shoes are 28cm

They tore right away (maybe they were already torn, I didn't notice), I sewed up the hole. The sole cushions crookedly - it makes the heel fall inward. The stitching is uneven, in some places the thread has slipped, the sole is peeling off from the inside. The stitching is covered with a simple piece of cardboard. For that kind of money there are better ones, I don't recommend buying them. The shoes are not comfortable.
