How did you have to throw that package of cream to make it so torn... or maybe it was sent like that??? Probably so, because the lid - the latch that is supposed to pump out the cream - does not work. I have never received such a torn product before. I would comment on it like this: "You don't care what doesn't suit me." Sorry...Please replace this product.
