Glutamine + BCAA is a food supplement containing branched chain amino acids in an optimal ratio of 2:1:1 and the same amount of micronized L-glutamine.

How to use:
The basic daily dose is 12 g. (2 scoops).
Take 1 scoop (6 g) approximately 30-60 minutes before training and 1 measuring spoon (6 g) after training.
Mix 1 measuring spoon with 250-300 ml of water.
