Product usage: Shake well before use. After drying your skin, apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. For topical use only. For infants under 6 months of age, consult a doctor before use. How to protect against UV rays: Regularly use sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher. Other ways to block UV rays are as follows: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear a long-sleeved shirt, long pants, a hat, and sunglasses. Reapply to dry skin: Use waterproof sunscreen at least every two hours if you swim or sweat.
