The look like a size 10 not 5 like I ordered and as these cannot be cut to size like other ordinary insoles they are of no use to me. I have ordered many items from you in the past with no difficulty but these are way too big.

I meant to order the full length ones. I did order the medium but ended up with the large. They are very well made. Good service and delivery time.
