The order was placed on 18.02.23 and received on 14.03.23. I am very satisfied with the product. At first I put it to charge, during charging a red light came on, when it was charging the light went out. Comfortable use also possible at the workplace, since there are no noises. However, you have to be patient as the performance seems rather weak. But it helps: use it more often!!! It comes in a sachet with fine bubbles, two wraps of insulating plastic and a further sachet of the single product. Accompanied by sachet with used cable and instruction leaflet. I will upload photos. They could have put more protective packaging, even if the product is intact and without even a scratch.
