This artificial semi-leather shoulder strap reminded me of leather, both for the color and for the touch. It is a shoulder strap with multiple pockets, each for different needs. The length of the strap can be easily adjusted and therefore can be carried either by hand or on the shoulder - this makes the product versatile and can be used for both going out in the evening or for informal outings. I received this item about 5 minutes ago. The front zip is half open and half closed. I would like another one with all the zips working as I can see it is a very handy bag to hve. My name is Beatrix Duske and I hve only shopped with JOOM once. I was really looking forward to the use of this bag. I hve not seen where or how i can return it. While i was looking for the return policy the review jumped up. SO i hve now done the review.

Everything has arrived in a very reasonable time, and before the date they estimated... The packaging is very good, and the products fully comply with what they advertise and explain.... I only need to Test the Functioning of the 14 Items that I have purchased and received... (I have not had the Time), but it can be seen that it is all of Quality and without problems... "Joom" surprised me...

am satisfied with this delivery but with the delivery some time ago, not. The Austrian customs held the goods back with the information that they would have to be destroyed because certain customs documents did not exist. So either goods or money back. ...
