It looks better on the dog's neck. Although the young one has a neck size that matches the smaller one, the larger size looks better and nicer on her. She already wears an ID and so far it is not visible that it is disturbing her in anything. It shines nicely on black hair. Nothing gets tangled in the hair. Unfortunately, the photos do not fully show it. Additionally, I took a photo to see the difference between L and M. (larger and smaller size) I recommend 👍👍👍

Size / Material / Quality The size is slightly smaller than stated in the sizes. If the dog has a neck volume of cm, I suggest taking the larger size. The M is tight but it doesn't look pretty. If it had a safety catch attached to it rather than a clasp and rather heavy links, it would have been a lot better It's not only a little unsightly, it could potentially be very dangerous depending on where and how your cat gets about! I'd take this into consideration when purchasing, because although the collar is slightly stretchy, it doesn't have a safety catch. If like mine, your cat doesn't really go out and/or stays within a certain area of which you trust, then it's the perfect bling 👍😃
