I ordered 2 large bags for my twins. Unfortunately one was sent in the wrong size BUT the seller acted professionally and returned the cost so my twins will both have the bags they chose! I recommend the product. It is as advertised and the shipment was within the times specified. I also recommend the seller and the Joom chat team as they assisted me with a human error that could happen to anyone! Thank you seller. My twin were not let down.
