How to use the product: Adults and children aged 6-12 (adult supervision required) Spray into each nostril 2-3 times, not every 10-12 hours. Do not take more than 2 doses within 24 hours. Children under 6 years of age: Consult physician. Press the lid down firmly and then turn it counterclockwise. Squeeze the container quickly and firmly to spray. Do not tilt your head back while spraying. Wipe the nozzle cleanly after use. Close the lid tightly after use.
