Product usage: Shake well before consumption. Adults, take 4 drops 1 to 5 times a day. Children: Give 4 drops once a day. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Consume as is or mix into your favorite beverage. If the dropper touches the lips or oral tissues, wash and dry thoroughly and place back in the bottle, tightly closed. It is best taken with a meal containing fat.
