Regardless of the position, never operate the crown between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m.

[Date setting] Pull the crown out to position II to set the date (the watch continues to run)
1. First, turn the crown forward to set the current date.
2. Push the crown back to position 1.
[Time setting] Pull the crown out to position III to set the time (the watch stops)
1. Turn the crown to set the current time (remember that 24 hours is a day)
2. Push the crown back to position 1
[Moon phase setting] Pull the crown out to position III to set the moon phase (the watch stops)
1. Turn the crown and continue to turn it clockwise until the current moon phase is displayed

2. Push the crown back to position 1.
The method for setting the date and time is the same as above.
If you have an allergic reaction, stop wearing it. Be careful as the glass/movement may be damaged by impact from falling.
