Ich habe eine Thermotasse bestellt, und das, was ich erhalten habe, entspricht überhaupt nicht dem Bild auf der Website. Erstens, die Tasse sollte weiß sein, aber sie ist grau. Zweitens, die Beschichtung sollte Soft-Touch sein, aber es ist stattdessen billiges und unangenehmes Plastik. Auch sind alle Teile und die Ausstattung anders angeordnet, und das Ganze sieht viel billiger aus als erwartet. Tatsächlich ist es ein ganz anderes Produkt, das definitiv sein Geld nicht wert ist. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass ich betrogen wurde. Der Verkäufer ist unehrlich, ich kann es absolut nicht empfehlen, hier zu bestellen! Sehr enttäuscht.
