Buships is a watch developed for the U.S. Navy's UDT underwater bombing team in the 1940s. We have faithfully reproduced this distinctively shaped clock for ease of use. The small body and large crown cap may seem unbalanced at first glance, but the waterproof system using this large crown cap was indispensable for diving operations at the time. 70 years after its development, the UDT has evolved into the U.S. Navy SEALs, and this retro design has always been a popular item among military watches. Due to its special shape, it has been loved by many people for many years, so much so that it is nicknamed the "Cantain" water bottle. The UDT's mission was to hide behind the enemy and sneak in from the sea, then plant explosives to eliminate obstacles that would get in the way of the subsequent landing. Therefore, I hear that even if they were captured in enemy territory, they did not bring anything that could identify them. In reality, black-colored Buships did not exist. Recon is English slang and is an abbreviation of the English word "reconnaissance", which is of French origin. It is mainly used in a military context and refers to reconnaissance of enemy movements and terrain. This is exactly the mission of UDT. Black dial with gray indices
It has an intellectual flavor and is very cool. The luminescent part of the needle is also gray and matches the index, matching the black body and dial. The overall look is chic. It is a black color strap made of cloth. *The color will fade when used. Please be aware that the threads may fray.
