I had another order that I didn't receive at all and I was refunded the money at the deadline announced by JOOM. It was OK so far. I remain confident that I will also receive the missing piece from product No. 57QMJ6M2. I keep all the packaging.

This item is completely useless. I does not work at all. Someone at the factory should have tried to use it and found it non fubctional. I could try to return it but as the cost of transport exceeds the value of the product and so on I have not followed that path.

A great bit of kit it should help an old man when dealing with tight bottle and jar tops. Thank you, I also recommend this item to all thosr who have problems opening tight jars and bottles.
