Sterling 925 Silver Rose Flower Open Ring Modesmycken

Magnificent ring that I just received but I am disappointed because for me to see on the mobile I saw it smaller but there to see it on my finger it is too big and too wide so I am very disappointed because I will not wear it because its size does not please me at all so I want to know what I can do with it !! I recently ordered this ring but it broke in 2 parts and I don't know why because I took it off to do my cleaning and when I wanted to put it back on the flower came off the ring so I would like to know if it is possible to be reimbursed!!
