Good morning, I ordered two tablets, they arrived in three working days... they were super fast to deliver before the deadline. Upon arrival, one worked very well, the other needed to be charged for 5 minutes to start working (thanks to the promptness of customer service it turned on in 5 minutes). Tablets are super fast. Very good product!!! And Joom customer service very timely and professional. Thank you so much for everything!!!
Ordered on January 23rd and arrived today on February 3rd! The tablet runs very smoothly and for the money you can't complain at all!! I'd be happy to buy it again anytime ☺️ Small addendum! Because the tablet was delivered with over 70% charge, we didn't charge it. When we tried to charge it, nothing happened! Unfortunately, disappointing.
It's great, I think it's magnificent, I'm very happy, frankly speaking
It seems good, it's a gift so we'll see when they start using it.
